Chasing Sunsets // Melbourne Beach
Some love stories are written in the sand, carried by the waves, and illuminated by the golden glow of the setting sun. Tyrone and Linda’s engagement session at Rye Back Beach was nothing short of magical—an intimate, windswept evening along the stunning Mornington Peninsula coastline, where love and nature became one.
As the sun dipped into the ocean, the sky turned soft shades of peach and lavender, wrapping the couple in a dreamy, golden-hour glow. Linda, radiant in a silky white dress, laughed as Tyrone pulled her close, his embrace warm against the cool sea breeze. Every touch, every glance, every whispered word became part of a love story beautifully captured through candid engagement photography.
but don’t be fooled. this is also them on a Saturday night.
Lazy Pancake Sundays // Home Session
Thao and Lee's intimate home engagement session was the perfect blend of warmth, laughter, and love. Captured in the heart of their kitchen and the comfort of their bed, this cozy Sunday morning was all about slow moments—snuggles on the floor, playful giggles, and the simple joy of making homemade pancakes together. With their adorable pup as a witness to their love, every frame radiates an effortless, heartfelt connection. Engagement sessions don’t have to be extravagant—sometimes, the sweetest love stories unfold right at home. If you're dreaming of a relaxed, natural engagement shoot, this is proof that home is where the heart is.
Notebook Kisses // Mornington Forest
A little Notebook adventure I had with these two lovelies a while ago. Sunset forest followed by kisses in the rain, ugh doesn’t get anymore romantic than that!
with Julia & Peter.
Julie & Michael // Mornington Sunset Beach Engagement
Yo this was such an amazing session! The wind, her hair, her dress - I friggin loooooved her dress, the way they flowed and dance, just everything was magical! And that sunset, my god, you couldn’t have asked for a better one. 2020 needs to bring back summer already! Honestly I could hang out with these two cuties forever, the sweetest two.
Tatooine Sunset // Mornington Peninsula

Summer Fun in the Wild Sun // Rye's Back Beach Adventure
This is Yvonne and George, friends I’ve known since high school more than a decade ago, back when George was rocking the Emo punk hair with the all black outfit attracting all the pretty girls like Yvonne with his bad boy persona and I was living it up in the library throwing beat downs in the chess club. And yes, if you’re wondering, I am still just as hip to the hop as I was in high school.
So I have photographed couples either near the beach or over looking the beach about a billion times but never actually on the beach. And I tell ya what, I don’t think I can ever go back. The feeling of soft sand between my toes, the calming sound of the waves folding over one another, that faint taste of sea salt in the air, all the magical things about the beach that makes this summer shoot that much more wild and intimate.

Desert Sunset Adventure // Victoria
Chris&Lauren
YOOOOOOOOOO this was such an amazing couples shoot! 3 hours drive to get to location and by golly it was so worth it! Especially with these two excitable souls. It was just pure joy to hang out with them and be goofy. We did nothing but run and dance and twerked and twirl.
Cozy Home Session // Dandenong Mountains
Jesse + Jay
Mountains, valleys, forests, oceans, wildflowers, waterfalls, these are all beautiful scenes of nature and I adore shooting in all of them but in essence I don’t need any of that. All I need are two souls that are madly in love and I couldn’t care less where I shoot.
This has been by far one of my favourite engagement sessions I’ve done and we didn’t even have to leave the house. They just spent the day in their pajamy-jams sipping tea and lounging on the couch writing love notes to each other. This is how I imagine every lazy day in should be spent.
Uno Dos Tres // R.J. Hamer Arboretum
It's official I'm a dog person!
And who could blame me, look at little Uno who wouldn't fall in love with that cutie. #dogsforlife!
... or until I come across the next cute animal.

Run Wild // Warburton
ERIN + MATT
2 days before the shoot - "Perfect, Matt's pretty good at not getting us lost anyway, kinda work as an a-team sometimes haha. ", Erin
Waiting alone onsite 90 minutes after the shoot was suppose to start - "We're lost!", Erin
But for you two the wait was worth every second.
I forgot what dirt felt like beneath my toes, the touch of brown leaves, the crunching of soft bark under my feet, but all changed during this session. Erin, you reminded me to run wild again!
Forget the muddy boots and run with muddy feet! Be raw, be fierce! Let your hair flow, let your dress swoosh, dance, sing, laugh, all the things that you did this day.
And Matt, the rock of the relationship. Stoic and gentle. A leech latched on your foot from the creek and you weren't phased at all! That was crazy.
But as strong as you are, the way you look at Erin each time, I bet my heart that you are the softer one between you two.
Cannot wait for your wedding. Go A-Team! Or B-Team... Three B's to be exact.
Sunset Adventure
Lydia + Bradley
Soft ocean breeze. Wild Spring flowers in bloom. Lush open green fields and an amazing glowing sunset to boot, what else could you ask for in a perfect day.
I spent the whole afternoon exploring the high cliffs of the Mornington Peninsula with these two, checking out the endless ocean view, dancing to Daft Punk, just enjoying the atmosphere and each other's company. Unsurprisingly I've learnt that Lydia, you are a better hiker in heels than I am in sneakers - now that's either a testament to how fit you are or how pathetically unfit I am at climbing hills. Most likely the latter.
The next time I see you guys is for your big wedding! Cannot wait to create more moments like this!!
young love
Anna + David
"I would have never met him if I hadn't visited the market that day in Vietnam 4 years ago"
"I first saw her at a market, she wore a blue dress and was the tallest, most beautiful girl there"
I have never met someone as wholesome as you Anna, the way you speak, the excitement in your voice, the way your eyes light up when you're telling a story. And yet even through all that confidence and all that courage you still blush and giggle uncontrollably when David kisses you. Pure innocence. That's how I would describe you.
You know how sometimes you can tell a person's character just be looking into their eyes? That clichè saying holds true to you David. You have the most piercing, honest eyes I have ever photographed. I'm guessing you're the rock in the relationship, the one that says 'we'll be okay, we'll figure this out'. The one that doesn't give up, no matter how long you had to wait for Anna.
R.J. Hamer Arboretum Proposal
kevin & bizhi
Kevin, we spent one whole month planning this surprise proposal, held secret meetings, sent private messages, played dumb with Bizhi and despite all that meticulous planning, we forgot which hand to put the ring on! it was hilarious when Bizhi started laughing - "wrong hand, Kevin wrong hand! hahaha Kevin put the ring on the wrong hand". don't be embarrassed of that nor forget that memory, it's those imperfect moments that make the story, it humanised the whole situation, the nervousness, the excitement, the laughter that came afterwards. had that been me i would have probably froze at the most crucial moment.
i had the most amazing time with you two and listening to the history of your relationship brought me back to what high school love was like. sending corny messages to one another on MSN with those ridiculous ._|.<(+_+)>.|_. ѕєαи тαк ._|.<(+_+)>.|_. name handles, going on quiet dates at the park, walking each other home and then worrying about whether the other made it home safely. such sweet, innocent love. i want to thank you so much for letting me share this special moment with you two, and wish you two nothing but the best.
ajay&jennie intimate session
AJAY & JENNIE
Every now and then I encounter couples that are so madly in love that it makes the shoot not feel like work at all. some people over worry about how to pose or how they look and i would have to help guide them and ease their anxiety but not with you two, all the smiles, all the laughs, the hugs and kisses everything happened so organically.
It amazes me that you two have been together for eight years, literally a third of your life have been with each other and i love that. I love that you remember everything about each other, how you first met, the hair styles you've had, the stories you kept throughout the year. you grew up together, matured with one another.
I understand now Jenny, why you didn't have an answer when i asked 'why you love Ajay', because if i were asked that question about my soulmate, i wouldn't know too, there are no words to why, just a smile and a feeling.
I can't wait to see what the next eight years has installed for you two!
